On Sunday we went to visit my parents' new apartment. Akemi was showing her dexterity in using a spoon.The other day I discovered by accident her fascination with zippers. I was holding her towards me and to my dismay, instead of looking at me, she kept playing with the zipper on my sweater. She was seriously engaged with figuring out how it worked. That's my new trick with her now. When she gets fussy I put on a sweater with a zipper and she's distracted for several minutes.
