We surely made use of the Family Day weekend. Today we went to the AGO because they had a special event for kids. It wasn't very well organized and there were a lot of kids. At the drawing and sculpture stations the parents had to hover like vultures to pounce on any open seats. The supplies were also hard to come by so I was rummaging through tables, floors and bins to find some suitable articles.
Silvina and Akemi made a sculpture that Akemi was particularly fond of - in fact she said it was her favorite part of the outing. I liked the Tin Tin movie and the ribbon dancing that she was doing.
The day before we went to the Family Fun Fair at the Rogers Centre. They should have called it the Family Highway Robbery. In any case, Akemi had a good time.
